How does the PureAir Series PHI cell kill bacteria and viruses in the air and on surfaces?

The PureAir PhotoHydroIonisation (PHI) cell produced by RGF Environmental, is a type of UV light that emits advanced oxidation plasma. Inserted as part of a ventilation system, the PHI cell distributes hydroperoxides, superoxide ions and
